    Ucfirst digunakan untuk mengubah karakter pertama suatu kalimat menjadi huruf besar.

$babeeee = "hehe ma weekend was fine... yeah first kinda sad lil bit but things r pretty gud now.. babeeee i dun wana do ma hw.. help me... im gona quit skul -.- jk.. well so hows ur weekend babe? doin anything fun without me? :P ";
$babeeee  = ucfirst($babeeee);
echo $babeeee;
?>

    Hasilnya kata pertama hehe akan berubah menjadi Hehe. Lihat juga Strtolower dan Strtoupper.
